Ruthless action title Red Game Without A Great Name hits PS Vita today

The day has come – fly, die and retry with our new title Red Game Without a Great Name, which lands on PS Vita today!

Hi there, PS Vita fans, we are iFun4all. You might not know who we are, but we hope you will remember our game. Your fingers will ache every time you think about it. We could say it’s ‘challenging’, but let’s be honest, it’s freaking hard – we have a problem with flawlessly completing it, and we designed it! Do we have your attention now?

Red Game Without a Great Name was always aimed at more hardcore players – gamers who can appreciate a challenge, so creating a PS Vita version was a no-brainer for us. With its big, wide screen and sensitive touch screen, it’s a perfect match for our game.

A few words of introduction about the game – Red Game Without a Great Name is a unique take on the arcade genre. It’s simple in its basics, but mastering the flow of the game is another thing.

Imagine that everything might kill you in this game – starting with traps, like barbed wire or spikes, and ending with the camera that scrolls at its own pace leaving you with less time to decide on your next move. Seems hard? What if we tell you that you have limited control over your mechanical avatar?

The trick is you can only order the bird to teleport from one point to another by tapping on the bird and swiping to mark its destination. The bird however moves at its own constant speed – fly out of the screen’s view and you’ll have to start again. Teleport into windmill blades? Again, retry. We won’t spoil the fun of figuring out how many ways you can die in the game – suffice to say it will happen a lot. Just take a look at the gameplay trailer above. Notice how camera rotates in some levels.

Don’t worry about frustrations though (not too much at least), you won’t notice loading screens between the restarts. Furthermore the levels are short – perfect for a quick game on the bus, or a longer sitting in a comfy armchair. Whatever option you prefer, mastering each level by collecting gears and finishing them without dying will keep you constantly coming back to the game.

The swinging music, as well as the one-more-try gameplay will keep you playing until you complete all 60 cleverly designed levels. There are three different power-ups to help you out in your duties, but beware, they may work as a double-edged sword if used without caution!
