New on PlayStation Store: NBA 2KVR Experience, Darksiders: Warmastered Edition, more

It’s been a strong blockbuster season so far, with the likes of Watch Dogs 2, Dishonored 2, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 all winning critical acclaim. The slate is a little quieter this week but, for those who’ve somehow managed to keep their backlogs in check, still offers plenty to get your teeth into.

If you missed out on THQ’s excellent Darksiders first time round, it returns this week on PS4, with a fresh lick of paint. Similarly, SOMA developer Frictional Games is revisiting its formally PC-only Amnesia horror series. Elsewhere, grey-haired gamers among you should look out for twin retro classics Metal Slug and Samurai Shodown VI, and superhero fans have a new episode of Telltale’s Batman series to get stuck into.
